If you have ordered multiple items, yet only received 1 or 2, please first check the tracking to see if there is an update on the status of the remaining parcels. You will only receive one tracking number per order.
There will be a dropdown on your tracking page with the number of items (parcels). Each one will have the status of that parcel. It is quite common to receive the items on different days.
At the top of the tracking page on their website it will have number of items/parcels.
If your tracking is showing all parcels as delivered and you still haven't received all items, please email us [link] including a photo of everything you have received (including packaging) and our team can get to the bottom of what has occurred.
