If there has been a significant time since the last update on your tracking, please contact support@luvostore.com.au, and our team will advise if there are known delays with your postal service, or alternatively they will lodge an enquiry into your parcel. 


Australia Post can take up to 5-10 days to respond to an investigation enquiry. 


Our team will provide you with the enquiry number, and continually provide you with updates as we receive them from each service.  Please note that if there are delays with a postal service there will also be delays with the investigation service.
